Yes, the concert is on Saturday the 26th: 12pm at St Andrew’s Cathedral like last year. If you are staying for the day, there are a number of other events on, including a concert resulting from a franco-british project we’re working on involving two cellists and two composers (one of each nationality). It should be extremely interesting and slightly unusual, and will take place at 7pm.

Alternatively you might consider coming for an event we will be presenting on Saturday 30 November. It will be similar to this one: https://edinburghsculpture.org/events-featured/esw-winter-event/
It will be open for the Graduate Resident to present their work in some way on this day but we don’t make it compulsory at this stage as people work so differently and it might seem too soon for them. Perhaps a good time to visit and see their studio though?
When the artist is selected we could confirm that they are available, although they don’t tend to have many other commitments as they are focusing on the residency.
Bethan is still in Scotland at this stage and so it could be that she could make it to Edinburgh to meet you if you were to come for a visit with the new resident – that could be a good way to see how she has built on her experience during the residency. Coming on a quiet day to meet both artists in the residency studio and then sit down with them in the café could work well.
